A frameless operator, look closely, second pane in from the left, you see three small glass fasteners with two holes in the face. These mount the hinges and the latch, and you can see the weatherstripping round the perimeter. Beautiful and minimal.

I love the contrast between the heavy framed operable units, and the very narrow and visually light fixed units.

Look at thes fantastic shading devices. I believe these are fabric, and I am imagining they are adjustable and that there are similar shades at the open spaces.
